. The mistory is solved!
It actually appears that whoever it is has on shorts. It's just a funny shadow. But when I zoomed in more closely the pixel colors match and they go down the leg, so my guess is, he just has shorts on.

Now that's not as much fun, is it? Let's all pretend it's Wayne and that he really is naked.

I remember getting this Roy Rodgers gun and holster set after mom or dad took us to see Roy Rogers perform at Hughes Stadium.
The year? I haven't a clue. It has to be 1951 or earlier though.
